Pine Flat Loop
Join Russ Freeman for a cruise around Pine Flat. Leave VK SB at 9am or Shaw/Academy at 10am. Goes up Wildcat, around the lake and home via Belmont. 3-4 hours, endurance pace but hammer if you want and regroup when necessary.
