Start from the bottom of the 4 lane. Warmup on Lodge road. 3×15 min threshold intervals up Old Tollhouse. Short re-group at the top then ride endurance down Alder Springs back to the Park & Ride. Leaves promptly at 8am, be early and ready. 2 to 2.5 hour ride.
