
Endurance Ride Through the Hills
Steady 4 hour zone 2 endurance ride (3-3.5 w/kg**). No Strava KOM attempts. Start from VK Starbucks at 8am or Johnny Quik (Shaw/Academy) at 9am. Regroup at the top of Wildcat, bottom of Maxon and MR5.
